ALL GUESTS ARE REQUISTED TO READ THE TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE CONFIRM THE BOOKIING

1. Online reserve car booking closed 30 days before date of journey and open 90 days before date of journey. In case of online all car is sold out please write your enquire to –------ kings_travels@Yahoo.com or kingstravels7@gmail.com for offline booking.
2. All online confirmation booking, mail send to guest’s email when advance is done.
3. 50% of advance money is compulsory before 30 days date of journey and balance payment must be done before end of tour to driver on spot.
4. All rates are subject to be changed as per market price of fuel.
5. All rates are according to the tour schedule as per mail, any shorts of changes in the program rates will haveto be changed, and any extra services will be chargeable.
6. No car service for local marketing or shopping in hill area.
7. In case of Sumo/Bolero car booking atGangtok,local sight-seeing has to be done by Maruti Van (4 pax)/Indica/WagonR as per Sikkim Govt.rule. We consider One Sumo equal to Two Maruti Van/WagonR. However, in case of Innova/Xylo/Scorpio/ Wagnor this rule not followed.
8. Two Copy of PP Size photograph and ID CARD (PAN CARD NOT ACCEPTABLE) are needed for everybody for Tasngu Lake and Baba Mandir permit and in case ofLachuing/Lachen tour plan is included,the additional two copy of PP size photograph and ID card is needed.
9. If Tasngu lake and Baba Mandir route is closed due to bad weather, we arrange Namchi, Chardham sightseeing.
10. Kings Travels do not provide any car service in Nathula Pass, it’s optional, if permit is available then pay extra amount to driver on spot.
11. If Yumthang/Lachuing is included in our car service, we do not cover Zero point. (Itsoptional, if permit is available then pay extra amount to driver on spot for zero point)
12. Tasngu Lake and Baba Mandir done by Sumo/Max or Innova/Xielo/Scorpio as per demand, no small car (WagonR/Indica) is allowed to go there.
13. If car is reported for sightseeing of Darjeeling/Gangtok/any other places, but guest can’t visit the desiredplaces for any reason, money shall not be refunded and the tour will not be replaced.
14. Foreign tourists have to carry proper documents with inner line permit for visiting Sikkim.
15. No car service available for Joy Ride (Toy Train) and waiting charges will be applicable for availing Ropeway service in Darjeeling.
16. Kings Travels are not liable for road block due to any agitation or traffic jam, naturalcalamities etc.
17. Kings Travels are not liable for any kind of loss of luggage or personal belongings oftourists during the journey.
18. All bookings have to be confirmed after depositing the advance money, and rest amount (if any) must be paid before the tour end and we do not entertain any bookingwithout prior confirmation and we do not provide any service by phone call.
19. All confirmed bookings are subject to cancellation rule of Kings Travels.
20. For online advance booking payment gateway charges are borne by the guest.
21. Kings Travels is not liable to operate any car/ coach if Bandh, Strike, Local disturbance, political problem, Election or any other natural calamity or ACT of God.
22. If any passenger damages any part, seat, glass etc. of the vehicle he/she has to compensate the demurrage charges on spot.
23. In case of any mechanical fault in our car/couch, king’s travels will return the advance money only or replace the car.
24. In case of pick up and drop vehicle (i.e., only Gangtok drop/ Darjeeling drop etc.) if guests getdelay, waiting charges may apply and to be collected on spot. However, for long tour this rule may not be followed.
25. In case of road damages/blockage (by landslide or heavy rain or any other cause) in normal route, guests will pay extra money for different route to reach desired destination.
26. Cancellation charges: --
Before 30 days of date of journey @ 20% of total bill+ Payment gateway charges.
Before 15 days of date of journey @ 30% of total bill+ Payment gateway charges.
Before 7 days of date of journey @ 50% of total bill + Payment gateway charges.
Before 3 days of date of journey -------NO REFUND
27. Generally, we are not operating any vehicles atnight (after 5 PM) in hill area.
28. In Sikkim, we provide local vendor’s service and the rate may be changed from time to time without any notice, all hill area cars are available for point-to-point basis as per tour program. If any alteration of tours, rate also be changed or extra payment may be paid to driver.
29. If hotels are outside of Gangtok, rate may vary for extra distance and extra money pay to driver on spot.
30. In case of Sumo/Bolero/Maxx car, all sightseeing & pick up drop done up to Zeep stand stipulated as per Sikkim Govt. rule in Gangtok. However, in case of Innova/Xylo/Scorpio/Small car like WagnoR/Dezire can go up to hotels at Gangtok.
31. In case of Gangtok dropping vehicle, the service up toGangtokDeorally Stand only for Sumo/Similar cab, hotel transfer by small car hired on spot and amount must be paid directly on spot. However, in case of small car and Innova/Xylo/Scorpio can go up to hotels at Gangtok.
32. In Lava, Loelegaon, Kalimpong and Rishop sector, only non ac Sumo/Bolero/Similar car can go in Rishop and Kolakham due to road condition. No luxury car or small car can go in Rishop/ Kolakham.
33. The tourists arebound to agree all the rules & regulations, after depositing advance money.
34. Kings Travels has full right to cancel any booking any time due to unavoidable incident, in that case full money to be refunded to guest.
35. All dispute are subject to Siliguri jurisdiction only.
